Seven Wastes Presentation Preview Why I took time to reflect and create such a workshop? As you all know, the main focus of lean is the seeing the waste, understanding the root causes of waste and eliminating waste from all processes and aspects of the business. Through a problem solving methodology and continuous improvement culture where all the employees are involved we succeed to maximize the creation of value for our customers and for the society. But, if the topic is not entertaining, people will lose interest. This material comes with powerful pictures and modern techniques that keep the student in lean attentive and focused. More so, the lean simulation at the end will bring people in teams competing with each other to eliminate the waste from a simple yet cumbersome process (don't laugh, even making coffee can demonstrate the types of waste).
